Deliveries can take 3-5 working days to arrive with you from the date the order is placed, but special made to order items, naturally, will take longer. You will be informed of delivery despatch by email or telephone the same day of despatch to give you enough forewarning.
If you have special requirements, then please fill out the field whilst placing your order indicating any delivery times to avoid, places or people to deliver to, and anything else you can think of that may be required. If you have already placed your order then please contact us at sales@bathroom-solutions.co.uk with the order number in the subject indicating your requirements.
If you place your order over the weekend, we will usually process this on Monday morning. To enable us to process orders as efficiently as possible, we would ask that people do not call us for delivery details and use email as the preferred method of contact.
In the unusual event that a problem arises with an order then you will receive a call from our dedicated sales team who will try to reach a resolution with you as efficiently as possible.
Upon receipt of your order you must sign for the goods.
Please ensure also that you keep all documentation regarding the order for the full warranty period. Failure to do this may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
Orders within the Leicestershire area are free of charge (anywhere with a LE postcode) and this will be reflected on the checkout page once you enter your postcode & address.
The free delivery of complete bathroom suites offer, gives you free delivery within the mainland UK on any of our complete bathroom suite packages. These can be found under the bathroom suite link in the left hand menu.
