We always give the highest possible standard of after sales care and service, so if you having a fitting problem or need to find a tradesperson, we can offer advice to help.

 

In the unfortunate event that you are not happy with your purchase then please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. As standard we honour a one year guarantee on all products we sell from our store, however sometimes manufacturers offer guarantees for even longer, ranging from one year up to a lifetime guarantee. Manufacturer guarantee and warranty information is usually described in the product description but if not, please contact one of our friendly staff who will be able to advise you.
