1. Do you have a showroom?
Yes we do. We’re based in Wigston in Leicester and we are open from 9:30am to 5pm Monday-Friday & also 9am-4pm on Saturdays. The address is:

2. Can I collect my order?
Yes we can make arrangements for that. Simply enter the bathroom solutions address above as the delivery address and delivery will not be charged. Please also enter some information of when you would like to collect the items into the additional information field.
3. Do you offer a price-matching service?
We always try to keep our prices as low and as competitive as possible. As a general rule we do not offer price-matching. Whilst we cannot guarantee to price match, if you do see an item cheaper elsewhere, please feel free to contact us, and we will see if it's possible to beat, after all there is no harm in asking.
4. What is the usual delivery time?
Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered. In the majority of cases we will deliver your order within 3-5 working days but can sometimes take 7 days. Some special items may take a little longer especially if it is a made to measure item for example.
Once you have placed an order you will be kept fully updated on the progress of your order throughout.
5. What does the free delivery of full bathroom suites offer cover?
The free delivery of complete bathroom suites offer, gives you free delivery within the mainland UK on any of our complete bathroom suite packages. These can be found under the bathroom suite link in the left hand menu.
6. Do you have an item in stock?
Quantities of in-stock items are not usually displayed but all items available through the website are available to order. We always try to keep the latest available products on display for you.
7. How much is delivery?
Delivery costs will fluctuate depending on what you order and delivery location. The standard cost for a small parcel to a UK mainland address is around £6 and the standard cost for a bulky item that would need to be palletised and sent to a UK mainland address is £35. Detailed information on delivery costs will appear within the checkout page of your order when you enter your delivery address and post code.
8. Do you have a telephone number I can contact you on?

9. How do I return an item or get a refund?

10. Do you offer any coupons or promotions?
We offer a range of discounts and promotions to all our customers, sometimes we offer special promotions to people who have signed up for the mailing list and previous customers.
11. Where is my order?
We endeavor to keep you fully updated via e-mail on the progress of your order.
12. Do Bathroom Solutions offer discounts for multiple purchases or high value orders?
We always try to keep our prices as competitive as we can make them. We offer free delivery on any of the full bathroom suites ordered through the website. As we try to keep our prices as competitive for all, further discounts for bulk or high value orders are not available.
13. What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?
We understand this can sometimes happen, and if it’s still within the return period and in as new condition then simply return it to us. The arrangement for the return is your responsibility. We would draw your attention to the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) that requires you as the consumer to have honored your duty of care for the products within the cancellation period.

14. Can you send me a brochure?
Brochures for most items are usually available from our showroom and are manufacturer specific. Most Brochures are available online so we will be able to send these via email.
15. How do I cancel an order?
In the event that you need to cancel, please send us an email to admin@bathroom-solutions.co.uk stating the order number or specific items required for cancellation. You will then receive a cancellation number to confirm this has been processed. If you do not have a cancellation number then the order may not be cancelled.
16. Where can I find technical information for a product?
The descriptions of the products contain most technical information, However if it is not displayed then please contact us and we can usually find out for you very quickly.
17. What is the (WEEE) Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation?
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) became European Law in February 2003, establishing collection, recycling and recovery targets for all types of electrical goods. 18. What do HL, LL, and CC stand for?
These abbreviations refer to the three W/C categories: HL=High Level (High level cistern placement) LL=Low Level (Low level Cistern placement) CC=Closed coupled (Cistern placed directly on the pan) Most of the WC’s we supply are Closed coupled.
